Buyshroomscanada is legal in Canada, new drugs, magic mushrooms (“magic mushrooms” or “magic mushrooms”), are beginning to grow in people with depression and addiction.
These mushrooms are eaten raw, cooked, or mixed with juice or tea (fungal joy). They can also be dried, ground into powder and then snorted.
Mushrooms are commonly grown in both North and Central America and are used in ancient rituals performed by healers and shamans.
Maria Sabina, a Mazatec healer and shaman in southern Mexico, first introduced them to the Western world because of their beneficial traits.
A study by a mental health clinician found that buyshroomscanada is effective in patients with suicidal ideation, anxiety disorders, OCD, alcohol use disorders, and tobacco.
Researchers say that people who tend to suicidal ideation or feel depressed see the use of psilocybin as the most meaningful experience in their lives.
Kevin Matthews, a cadet at the West Point Military Academy, tried it after he had to retire from severe depression.
"It was one of the most profound experiences of my life," Matthews told The Washington Post. "It cleared the fog and then lasted for weeks and weeks. I was able to see outside my depression frame."
“They see, hear, and feel things that don't really exist ... they experience other effects such as anxiety, nausea, and muscle cramps,” says Health Canada.
The effect disappears within 3-6 hours.
There are no studies on long-term effects, but psychosis (loss of what reality is) is a side effect associated with normal use.
Magic mushrooms are illegal in Canada, but there is still support.
Some supporters believe that these mushrooms serve as a treatment to help patients with internal depression.
Field Trip Ventures is a Toronto-based company focused on therapeutic psychedelics as a treatment.
"I strongly believe that psychedelics are the next wave of cannabis-created roads," co-founder Ronan Levy told Business Insider.
Mushrooms are still legal under both state and federal law, which prevents police from accusing individuals over the age of 21 of possessing drugs.
In early June, the Auckland City Council also decriminalized drugs, following Denver's decision.
